Artisan Pizza
Our crust is made with a blend of imported Italian Artisan flour, ultra premium Montana wheat flour, and a touch of duram semolina. Our sauce is made with San Marzano plum tomatoes from the Campania region of Italy. Pizzas are made with a variety of Artisan and housemade cheeses, local and regional produce and meats, and Artisan specialties from around the world.

Ham – Schreiner’s Hickory smoked (made by the oldest Artisan meat producer in the state of Arizona)
Sausage – Schreiner’s spicy Sicilian sausage (pork, chili pepper, black pepper, red wine, romano, fennel seed, sea salt)

Meatballs – Flying M Ranch (AZ) local beef, Palo Verde (AZ) pork and (AZ) free range veal with parmesan, onion, garlic, fresh parsley, local eggs, Schreiner’s Hickory smoked pork fat, black pepper, kosher salt, bread crumbs
